Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the Custom Nature of Our Store - ALL SALES ARE FINAL (Jewelry, Apparel/Accessories and Home Decor),Unless you receive something other than what you originally order. In this case, we apologize and will gladly fix the issue. Contact us prior to purchase if you are unsure about sizing, measurements, colors or any aspect of an item.


Shipping & Order Processing



We hand craft all jewelry items once your order is received. Your item(s) will ship in 3-7 business days after payment completion. Your order will be shipped VIA the method you chose at Checkout. You will receive an e-mail along with a Tracking number once your order has been shipped.



International customers please allow up to 6 weeks to receive your package. Due to varying travel time from region to region, it may take long than usual. During the holidays, shipping can be delayed as much as twice the average time. Please note that USPS International First Class Mail does not offer insurance. If you desire insurance please contact us prior to your purchase. We will need to send you an invoice to include Priority or Express mail , specific to your shipping needs.
