The website is saying my zip code is invalid or incorrect. HELP!  Usually, this occurs when the zip code the customer is providing does not match the zip code on file with their credit card company. The customer needs to contact their credit card company and update the zip code associated with their credit card.

Does Nubian Luxuries Brand have an affiliate program? Not at this time.

Does Nubian Luxuries Brand Wholesale? Yes, we do. Orders must have 10 of the same type of item and same design. Please contact us for more information. 

(IMPORTANT) Why did I get an email from Nubian Luxuries saying that my order was flagged and may be fraudulent? Why do I need to provide additional information?  Sometimes our billing system may flag a customer's transaction as possible fraud. In this case, we will need to contact you via email and/or phone to verify your identity and credit card info before we can start work on your order. We will need to confirm that you are indeed the owner of the credit card used and you have full knowledge of the transaction. You may also be asked to provide us with a photocopy of your State Issued Driver's License and the last 4 digits of the credit card used during the transaction. This verification step lowers the chances of fraud to you the customer and to our business. We appreciate your understanding. 

Where is Nubian Luxuries Brand headquarters? We are located in Las  Vegas, NV. 

Are Nubian Luxuries Brand's products made in other Countries? Our Jewelry is Hand-beaded by ourselves. Most of our T-shirt designs are Hand-pressed by ourselves also. We do offer a variety of other quality items, apparel, home decor, shoes and bags which are made by our partners across the world. Does Nubian Luxuries Brand do special/custom orders? Yes, Please email us to discuss. The order must be paid upfront. Special ordering normally takes 7-10 Business Days to complete.
