Jewelry: Necklaces, Bracelets and Earrings are hand-made and ready to ship in 3-7 days, often times sooner.
T-Shirts & Hoodies: Hand Pressed Tees and Hoodies are also ready to ship in 3-7 business days.
Printed Items: Home Decor, Shoes & Bags, and Printed/Patterned Clothing are ready to ship in 4-7 business days. These items are hand-sewn by our partners and put through rigorous quality control. Details are highlighted in BLUE on product pages. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact us prior to purchase.
Jewelry, Hand Pressed T-Shirts & Hoodies: We Ship via USPS. For our USA customers, these items usually take 2-5 business days for USPS First Class Standard Domestic Shipping and 1-3 Business Days for USPS Priority Shipping.
For our International Customers, these items usually arrive in 2-3 weeks and up to 6 weeks during peak seasons. Please note that USPS International First Class Mail does not offer insurance. If you desire insurance for your package please contact us prior to your purchase. We will need to send you an invoice to include Priority or Express mail , specific to your shipping needs.
Printed Items: Home Decor, Shoes & Bags, and Printed/Patterned Clothing; Delivery of these items take 2-3 weeks, sometimes sooner. For Delivery of these items in 3-5 business days (after processing) choose DHL EXPRESS Option at checkout. Shipping and Delivery Details are highlighted in BLUE on specific product pages. REFUNDS AND EXHANGES
DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR STORE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUNDS)
Although, If you receive an incorrect or defective item we will gladly fix the issue. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the case of an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the cost of shipping any new item back to you. If a new item is not desired, we will offer you STORE CREDIT.
RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. FOR ITEMS THAT ARE FOUND TO BE WORN, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A RESTOCKING FEE APPLIED TO ANY STORE CREDIT ISSUED.
